Parkitect Modular Pumptrack Discovery Parks Lake Bonney Construction Aerial

This park is especially fun for all of the family with the huge range of water sports in the freshwater lake at the front door of the caravan park. But with dirt roads throughout the park, there isn’t anywhere for kids to ride – other than around the amenity blocks!

Project Summary

In 2016, at the annual Caravan Industry Association of Australia (CIAA) conference, Grant Wilckens Founder & CEO, The G’DAY Group, (the umbrella company for Discovery Parks, the Top Parks licensed network of holiday parks and G’DAY Rewards) came across the ‘Modular Pumptrack system’.

Grant rallied together a group of Discovery Parks department managers and holiday park managers to discuss the idea of a bike, scooter, skateboard riding activity inside their holiday parks. They soon ‘measured up’ proposed sites and the pump track design process with Parkitect Australia began.

Lake Bonney is one example of the many Modular Pumptracks now offered at Discovery Parks and G’day Parks across Australia.

G’Day!

While the kids love scooting and riding around on the pump track and bouncing on the jumping pillow, the grown-ups have a great time catching up!
